How to Qualify for the Guarantee
To ensure fairness and to verify that the treatment has been given a proper chance to work, you must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund based on "lack of results":
1. The 12-Week Commitment You must use the AuraGlow™ mask for a minimum of 10 minutes, 3 to 5 times per week, for a full period of 12 weeks (84 days). Returns for "ineffectiveness" will not be accepted before this trial period is complete.
2. The "Glow Log" (Photo Evidence) We require proof of consistent tracking to validate your claim. You must collect the following timestamps:

Photo 1 (Day 1): A clear, lighting-consistent photo of your bare face before your first session.

Progress Photos: A photo taken every 2 weeks thereafter (Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, Week 8, Week 10).

Final Photo (Week 12): A final photo taken after completing the cycle.

3. The Claim Window You must submit your claim between Day 84 and Day 90 after your delivery date. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible.

Standard Returns & Restocking Fee
If you wish to return the device without completing the 12-week trial (e.g., due to change of mind or buyer's remorse) within our standard 30-day return window, a 25% Restocking & Sanitization Fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of medical-grade cleaning and repackaging.
