1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are pleased to offer a one-year limited warranty on all products purchased directly from our official website aurakeep.com.
This warranty reflects our confidence in our products and our commitment to you, our valued customer.
1. Duration of Warranty
This Limited Warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the end-user consumer. A valid proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required for all warranty claims.
2. Scope of Warranty: What is Covered?
AURAKEEP
warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
3. What is NOT Covered?
This warranty is "limited" and does not cover any of the following:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or aging that occurs from normal use.
- Accidental Damage: Defects or damage resulting from accidents, such as drops, spills, or liquid contact.
- Improper Use or Care: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow the product instructions.

4. Our Exclusive Remedy
If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, AURAKEEP
's sole obligation will be to replace the defective product with a new or functionally equivalent product, at our discretion.
The replacement product is warranted for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period. This warranty does not restart upon receipt of a replacement unit.
Due to the nature of our products, repair services are not offered.
5. How to File a Warranty Claim

6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AURAKEEP
IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF AURAKEEP
FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
